Handmade Artwork (Trays & Coasters)
**No cancellations or exchanges on any resin coasters/trays, please only order if you are certain you want them and are ok with the colors, size & style. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Disclaimer
LuxeArtDesigns is not responsible for damage during the delivery process. If your product is damaged during delivery, please contact UPS. We are unable to contact them on your behalf due to privacy concerns. Please let us know if would like “signature delivery”.
Delivery Issues
Once a package leaves our office, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to UPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 742-5877. UPS will allow you to file a claim.
Luxurious Home Products
Luxurious Home Decor products (including all Luxe Faucets)
We will not be accepting returns unless the item was damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please leave the item in it's original packaging, contact us within 48 hours at Luxeartdesigns@gmail.com and we will email you return instructions along with a choice to process a replacement or refund for the item that you received.
Luxeartdesigns reserves the right to decline refunds not made within the 48hr period. All claims must be made within 48hrs of delivery. Any claims made after 48hrs will not be accepted.
